Sunday to Thursday from 9am to 1am. On Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays and the day before (24, 25 and 31 December and 1 January included), from 9am to 3am
Frequently asked questions
Is the spa really private?
Yes. During your booking the whole space is yours: pool, jacuzzi, sauna and hammam. No other guests come in.
How many people can come?
From 2 to 20 people. The price depends on the number of people and the length of your session (2, 3 or 4 hours).
Do I need to bring towels?
You can bring your own or rent a kit on site (bathrobe, bath towel and sandals) for 12,50 € per person.
Can we bring children?
Yes. At Calm Spa (Jette), family offer: 2 children under 12 free, then 10 € per child; babies up to 2 years are free; parents pay the normal price for their spa. At Spa Louise: children under 11 free (maximum 2 for 2 adults).
How does payment work?
You pay securely online by bank card or Bancontact with Viva Wallet. Your booking is confirmed straight away by email.
Can I change or cancel?
You can move your appointment yourself once only, up to 48 hours before the service. For a more expensive time slot (for example a Saturday, or if you paid a promo price), you pay the difference before confirming the move. If you move to a cheaper time slot, that is your choice: the difference is not refunded. Less than 48 hours before the service: no more changes possible. No cancellation or automatic refund on the website.
Can we add a massage?
Yes. Choose a package with massage, or add a solo or couples massage from 30 min to 2h.
Can we celebrate a hen party, stag do or birthday?
Yes. The spa is reserved for your group, up to 20 people, with themed decorations for 39 € and optional massages.
Are you open 7 days a week?
Yes, our spas are open every day: morning, afternoon and evening.
Are you open late in the evening?
Yes. We are open until 1am Sunday to Thursday, and until 3am on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays and the day before.

- Sandals required (rental 3 € a pair)
