Data used: name, phone number and, if you provide it, e-mail address. They are used only to manage your bookings, payments, gift vouchers and any complaints (legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations).

ID document: on arrival, we check your ID and note only your surname, first name and document number, to cover any damage. It is neither copied nor kept, and the national register number is never recorded.

Sharing: your data is neither sold nor transferred. It is shared only with the service providers we need (online payment, sending e-mails, website hosting).

Duration: for as long as needed for these purposes, then for the period required by law (accounting).

Address of your booking: the address you type to calculate a route is used only for that calculation and is not stored.
